- Non-Refundable Fees:
- The $100 registration fee is non-refundable. It can be applied towards tuition upon enrollment acceptance.
- Tuition payments are refundable only under specific circumstances, as outlined in the Site’s refund policy.
- Late Payments:
SFA reserves the right to suspend access to courses until payments are resolved.
4. Course Enrollment and Materials
- Access to Content:
- Enrolled students gain access to online classes, course materials, and assignments via platforms like Google Classroom or Canvas LMS.
- Course content may not be shared, reproduced, or resold.
- AI Tools:
SFA uses third-party AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway ML, Unreal Engine) as part of the curriculum. Students are responsible for adhering to third-party terms when using these tools.
- Intellectual Property:
- All course materials, including videos, lectures, and textbooks, remain the property of SFA or its faculty.
- Students retain rights to projects or assignments they create but grant SFA permission to use their work for promotional or educational purposes.
5. Student Conduct
- Students must:
- Engage respectfully in classes, discussions, and collaborative assignments.
- Submit original work that adheres to course guidelines.
- Academic Integrity:
SFA prohibits plagiarism or misuse of AI tools to produce unoriginal work. Violations may result in disciplinary actions, including removal from the program.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Site, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Tools and Links

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, USA.
- Mediation and Arbitration:
Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will proceed exclusively to final and binding confidential arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee conducted according to the rules and procedures of the arbitration provider selected by SFA in effect at the time the request for arbitration is made. The arbitrator shall apply, as applicable, USA federal or Tennessee substantive law.
12. Changes to These Terms
SFA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site or enrollment in courses constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
